These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of the products and professional services offered: the digital book “The Architecture of Groove” and collaborations for recordings and live performances.
The training method “The Architecture of Groove” is a digital content product supplied in electronic format (PDF available for immediate download).
In accordance with Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. By completing the €29 purchase, the buyer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of the file and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Invoicing, payment collection and VAT are handled through the Lemon Squeezy payment platform, operated by Sold through Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC, part of the Stripe group), which acts as Merchant of Record.
Bookings for concerts, gigs or remote recordings are subject to the operating conditions set out in the corresponding section: a base operating radius of 120 km from Pedrajas de San Esteban, a minimum preparation time of 1 week, and repertoire in line with Guille's professional styles.
Cancellation or postponement by the client: any change or cancellation of a date must be notified as early as possible. Depending on how much notice is given, the following applies to the agreed fee:
Cancellation by Guille: if, due to illness or force majeure, Guille is unable to honour the agreed date, any amount paid in advance will be refunded in full or, if the client agrees, a stand-in drummer of equivalent level will be proposed.
All content, texts, diagrams, teaching methodologies, registered trademarks, videos and images on this website and in the method “The Architecture of Groove” are the exclusive property of their author or are used under the corresponding licences. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or resale is prohibited.
Any dispute relating to this website or to the activities carried out through it shall be governed by Spanish law, and the courts and tribunals of the owner's or the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, as applicable by law.
